Lori serves on the board of MCT because she has seen firsthand the difference the team at MCT makes in the lives of children and families dealing with a mental illness diagnosis in the Mountain area. With 1 in 5 families in the US affected by a family member with a mental health illness severely impacting their daily lives, she is simply passionate about providing resources, well rounded treatment and fighting stigma. No place does that better on this mountain than MCT.
