Some of Our Strategies
Around here, we focus much more on our "why" than our "what" but we think it's also fair to let you know some of our key strategies. So here are a few of our current strategies (or "what's"):
Serve severely challenged children/youth and their families through our Wraparound-style Success First/Early Wraparound
Create mentoring relationships with interns and volunteers to further the organization’s mission and the participant’s professional development
Enhance the lives of children, families, and staff of the Rim of the World Unified School District through strengths-based services and training
Use the most appropriate and innovative technology (e.g. distance education) to further service efficiency and effectiveness
Establish objective outcomes and continuous improvement system for all MCT services
Identify and develop students' abilities via strengths-based academic coaching
Create and execute innovative evidenced-based recovery treatment programs drawing on both best practices and MCT core commitments
Recruit a volunteer team eager to further their careers, serve their communities, and expand the impact of MCT values
